Din gradina in farfurie drumul spanacului este usor de parcurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<em><strong>Cultivare<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Daca aveti gradina incercati sa cultivati spanac. Pentru ca e usor si stiti exact ce veti pune in farfurie.<br \/>\nSpanacul este o planta legumicola anuala, erbacee, cu frunze verzi comestibile\u00a0care\u00a0se cultiva cu ajutorul semintelor ce se introduc in pamant la o adancime\u00a0de aproximativ 3-4 centimetri si la o distanta intre rasaduri de 30 de centimetri.\u00a0<br \/>\nSe cultiva numai primavara si toamna, ca o cultura anterioara sau urmatoare culturii de baza. Se poate semana inaintea culturilor termofile (ardei, tomate, vinete) sau dupa incheierea culturilor timpurii de leguminoase: cartof, ceapa etc. Pentru cultura timpurie semanatul se face din toamna (septembrie &#8211; octombrie), iar recoltarea se face din aprilie si pana in a doua jumatate a lunii iunie. Pentru cultura tarzie semanatul se face la sfarsitul verii sau inceputul toamnei, iar recoltarea se face toamna tarziu.<br \/>\nSpanacul nu este pretentios fata de caldura, semintele germinand la 3-4\u00b0 C. Pentru crestere, temperatura optima este de 14-15\u00b0 C. Nu este pretentios nici fata de lumina, calitatea frunzelor fiind mai buna la intensitati moderate de lumina. Are nevoie de apa in cantitate suficienta pe toata perioada de vegetatie. Spanacul se cultiva pe soluri bine pregatite, fertile, bogate in humus si cu mare capacitate de retinere a apei.<br \/>\nInainte de plantare, solul se aeriseste si se fertilizeaza pentru a asigura spanacului toate resursele necesare. O productie mare de frunze poate fi stimulata cu ajutorul unui continut mare de azot.<br \/>\nCele mai probabile boli care afecteaza spanacul sunt mana si parazitii spanacului. Plantele afectate trebuie distruse.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Proprietati si pastrare<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Principalii constituenti ai spanacului sunt: saruri minerale din belsug (sodium, potasiu, calciu, fosfor, magneziu, sulf, mangan, zinc, cupru, iod, fier) si vitamine (A, B1, B2, B12, PP, C, acid folic).<br \/>\nEste un intaritor al sistemului imunitar, nutritiv si tonifiant, remineralizant de mare valoare, curatitor al tubului digestiv,\u00a0 tonifica miocardul si stimuleaza activitatea inimii, creste cantitatea de urina eliminata, stimuleaza secretiile gastrice, pancreatice si biliare, previne infectia gingiilor.<br \/>\nDatorita acestor proprietati este recomandat pentru fortifierea organismului si pentru curatirea lui, dar si in convalescenta, anemie, astenie fizica si nervoasa, afectiuni cardiace, hipertensiune arteriala, vascozitate sangvina crescuta, afectiuni renale, diabet,\u00a0rahitism, obezitate.<br \/>\nSpanacul contine acid uric si nu este recomandat celor hiperuremici sau celor cu litiaza urica. El mai contine oxalati de potasiu si de calciu si nu este recomandat in inflamatii gastrice si intestinale , boli hepatice, precum si in artrite, reumatism.<br \/>\nSpanacul se spala si se pastreaza la frigider in punga timp de cateva zile. Daca e spalat si pastrat umed frunzele sale vor fi crocante. Se poate pastra ca atare si la congelator, uscat bine pentru folosirea ulterioara la salate sau oparit usor pentru a fi utilizat la mancare.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Retete<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/salate-de-spanac-cu-gratar.jpg\" rel=\"wp-prettyPhoto[550]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-553\" title=\"salate de spanac cu gratar\" src=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/salate-de-spanac-cu-gratar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/salate-de-spanac-cu-gratar.jpg 450w, https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/salate-de-spanac-cu-gratar-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Toata valoarea nutritionala formidabila a spanacului este pe deplin pastrata daca nu il prelucram termic. Iar salatele sunt mult mai gustoase decat cele\u00a0care folosesc\u00a0ca ingredient de baza laptuca.<\/p>\n<p>Sosul\u00a0realizat din lamaie, ulei de masline, sare si piper adauga savorii naturale a spanacului un gust mai picant si atragator.<\/p>\n<p>Dar crud poate intra si in componenta unei omlete, ca in reteta urmatoare:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Omleta cu spanac si rosii<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-551\" title=\"omleta cu spanac\" src=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/omleta-cu-spanac.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/omleta-cu-spanac.jpg 450w, https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/omleta-cu-spanac-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente pentru o persoana<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 2 oua;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 unt cat se ia intr-o lingurita;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 sare, piper.<\/p>\n<p>Se bat ouale cu\u00a0sare si piper\u00a0si se varsa in tigaia incinsa in care s-a topit untul. Cand s-a intarit usor la mijloc se ridica marginile cu o spatula pentru ca surplusul de ou sa curga catre fundul tigaii.<\/p>\n<p>Cand e gata se aseaza pe o farfurie si se pregateste prima umplutura formata din:<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 2\u00a0linguri branza proaspata de vaci;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 1 lingura smantana;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 o jumatate catel de usturoi zdrobit;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 sare, piper dupa gust.<\/p>\n<p>Se amesteca toate si se unge cu acest amestec suprafata omletei, apoi aceasta se impatureste in doua.<\/p>\n<p>A doua umplutura folosita este preparata din:<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 1 rosie taiata cubulete din care s-a scurs sucul;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 cateva frunze de spanac taiate fasii;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 la alegere: cateva fasii de somon afumat sau muschiulet taiat cubulete;<\/p>\n<p>\u2666 2 frunze lungi de ceapa verde.<\/p>\n<p>Se aseaza pe omleta pliata umplutura si se ruleaza\u00a0legandu-se in final cu frunzele de ceapa verde.<\/p>\n<p>Alta reteta de omleta rapida<\/p>\n<p>Pentru o omleta rapida spanacul si rosia taiata se pot ingloba pe foc in omleta formata din oua batute cu putina sare.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Usor de crescut si plin de vitamine.
