Usor de spus, greu de realizat.<\/p>\n<p>Exista retete care aduna impreuna mai multe cruditati; dar indiferent de cum sunt consumate, ele trebuie spalate, curatate, eventual feliate, combinate, si asta zi de zi.<\/p>\n<p>Daca spatiul bucatariei este\u00a0organizat si utilat astfel\u00a0incat sa faciliteze aceste operatii nu mai este greu deloc sa le mancam in cantitatile necesare, bineinteles daca in primul rand facem efortul de a le cumpara sau chiar de a le cultiva in propria gradina!<\/p>\n<p>Primul pas este sa\u00a0asezam fructele intr-un loc vizibil.\u00a0La mine\u00a0stau pe un dulap chiar in centrul bucatariei, pe o tava frumoasa de Deruta, (unul din\u00a0obiectele de decor\u00a0preferate)\u00a0si arata ca un tablou\u00a0flamand cu natura moarta (sper eu!). Tabloul sufera modificari in permanenta caci membrii familiei poftesc la\u00a0fructe tot trecand pe langa ele.<\/p>\n<p>Spalarea<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/spalarea-legumelor.jpg\" rel=\"wp-prettyPhoto[520]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-527\" title=\"spalarea legumelor\" src=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/spalarea-legumelor.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/spalarea-legumelor.jpg 450w, https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/spalarea-legumelor-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chiuveta este utilata cu un tocator de lemn, unul de plastic mai mic si -foarte important- o sita in care se aseaza legumele pentru a fi spalate.\u00a0Bateria are si o duza de dus, foarte practica pentru aceasta operatie.<\/p>\n<p>Prelucrarea<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/razator.jpg\" rel=\"wp-prettyPhoto[520]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-526\" title=\"razator\" src=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/razator.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/razator.jpg 450w, https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/razator-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pentru\u00a0decojit legume cea mai rapida unealta este cea in forma de Y. Dupa aceea adaug sare, piper, ulei de masline in acelasi pahar, le amestec si vars totul peste legume. Daca rezulta mai mult, il pastrez in frigider pentru urmatoarea salata.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-521\" title=\"blat de lucru\" src=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/blat-de-lucru.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/blat-de-lucru.jpg 450w, https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/blat-de-lucru-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Semintele de in, de susan, de chimen, fulgii de ovaz, nuci, stafide\u00a0etc sunt pastrate in borcane cu capac transparent intr-un sertar de\u00a0sub masa de lucru.<\/p>\n<p>Orice alte combinatii de legume, fructe, seminte, iaurt, fructe uscate se realizeaza la inspiratia de moment, cu o privire aruncata peste vegetalele si peste borcanele asezate la indemana. Astfel ca si copiii\u00a0se pot\u00a0descurca singuri pentru a realiza o salata cu ingredientele preferate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Recunosc; nu imi place sa aloc timp mult unor activitati de rutina care se pot realiza intr-o fractiune de timp folosind aparatura de bucatarie.
