Imediat se iau de pe foc si se adauga gelatina amestecand cu un tel incontinuu timp de 5 minute. Se varsa intr-un bol si se lasa sa se raceasca, trecand cu telul prin compozitie din cand in cand. Se strecoara pentru ca mai raman particule de gelatina nedizolvate oricat de bine am manui telul. Finetea sa si savoarea zmeurei, ca si prezentarea,\u00a0determina rafinamentul acestei\u00a0prajituri.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Observatii<\/p>\n<p>In loc de zmeura se pot folosi alte fructe proaspete.<\/p>\n<p>Am pastrat cantitatea de gelatina din reteta originala.
