Daca va hotarati sa-l achizitionati, uitati-va pe eticheta la continutul de migdale. Cu cat acesta este mai mare, cu atat va fi mai scump, dar si mai bun. Voi incerca sa fac si in casa, poate nu este atat de greu. In orice caz, i-am adaugat fructe uscate si prajite usor in cuptor (fistic, caju, migdale), in mijloc am pus bucati mai mari si am inglobat in rest bucati mai mici faramitate.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru ca se apropie Valentines Day si vreau sa le dau cadou copiilor, m-am ajutat de o forma de silicon ca sa le fac inimioare.<\/p>\n<h3><em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Etapa a II-a<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Ciocolata cu care se imbraca bomboanele este una speciala, ciocolata pentru decorare (couverture chocolate), cu continut mare de cacao (eu o cumpar de la Lidl si se numeste Fin Carr\u00e9). Are compozitia pregatita deja (raportul optim intre cacao, unt de cacao si alte ingrediente). Daca nu vreti sa folositi ciocolata speciala, incercati oricum cu una cu minim 30% cacao si adaugati putin unt ca sa ii dati consistenta necesara. Se gasesc multe retete care sa va ajute. Dar cu ciocolata speciala nu va mai complicati.<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta se rupe in bucati si se aseaza la bain-Marie. INTOTDEAUNA ciocolata se va aseza intr-un\u00a0vas de ceramica, nu unul metalic. In lipsa unuia special, eu pun un castron pe o cratita mica al carei nivel de\u00a0apa sa nu atinga fundul acestuia. Cand ciocolata se inmoaie, se iau vasele de pe foc. In fotografie nu se vede, dar am pastrat castronul pe cratita cu apa pentru a mentine ciocolata calda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/bomboane-cu-marzipan-5.jpg\" rel=\"wp-prettyPhoto[4301]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4307\" src=\"http:\/\/stilorganizat.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/bomboane-cu-marzipan-5.jpg\" alt=\"bomboane cu marzipan\" width=\"620\" height=\"465\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/bomboane-cu-marzipan-5.jpg 620w, https:\/\/stilorganizat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/bomboane-cu-marzipan-5-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bomboanele se iau cu ajutorul unei scobitori, se dau prin ciocolata, se scurg de exces si se aseaza pe un gratar.<\/p>\n<p>Acum se pot decora dupa preferinte. Se fac bilute sau alte figurine din marzipan sau alta baza pentru bomboane, dupa dorinta.<\/p>\n<p>2. Se imbraca in ciocolata &#8220;couverture&#8221; topita la bain-Marie.<\/p>\n<p>3.
