E partea mai densa si usor amaruie din combinatie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cc99ff;\">Reteta de cacao (6 portii):<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u221a 1l lapte<\/p>\n<p>\u221a 3 linguri amidon<\/p>\n<p>\u221a 2 linguri cacao (trebuie cernuta, sa nu formeze cocoloase)<\/p>\n<p>\u221a 7 linguri zahar (o lingura in plus fata de original).<\/p>\n<p>Se amesteca ingredientele solide cu laptele rece, apoi se aseaza pe foc si se amesteca incontinuu, pana crema capata consistenta. (E atat de simplu, incat nu as cumpara niciodata prafurile acelea la pachet.)<\/p>\n<p>Se lasa apoi putin sa se racoreasca, apoi se imparte in 6 pahare. Nu trebuie sa se intareasca in oala. Paharele se acopera cu folie si se pastreaza minimum 2 ore la frigider.<\/p>\n<p>Se continua cu al doilea strat. Pentru acesta am ales crema de tiramisu, modificata putin; ea aduce dulceata si delicatete desertului.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cc99ff;\">Crema cu mascarpone:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u221a 250g mascarpone<\/p>\n<p>\u221a 3 galbenusuri<\/p>\n<p>\u221a 100g zahar pudra<\/p>\n<p>\u221a 1 lingura de lapte<\/p>\n<p>Galbenusurile se bat cu zaharul la mixer pana se albesc. Branza mascarpone se amesteca, daca este prea tare, cu o lingura de lapte, apoi se adauga in crema.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu mai ramane de adaugat decat <strong><span style=\"color: #cc99ff;\">decorul<\/span><\/strong>: iepurasi si oua de ciocolata Lindt.<\/p>\n<p>Multumirea unui bucatar, a unei gazde, este sa auda sunete de uimire la vederea unui preparat.
